Currently, we’re looking for an Account Supervsior.

What you’ll do…

The Account Supervisor will act as the day-to-day leader on a key agency business that includes a portfolio of brands. They are responsible for quarterbacking the agency team, including 1 direct report, and our clients in developing the most creative and effective solutions for their brands.

The best candidate will be both a big thinker with a strategic mindset able to nurture national CPG brands and someone with a keen sense for detail, able to manage and produce in a fast-paced environment. They are an effective communicator, active listener, and a trusted partner with strong collaboration skills. Production experience across all channels a must.

You are a…

Strategic business leader

  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client partners to ensure business is thriving and growing.
  • Act as an expert on client’s business, marketing activity and future goals to identify opportunities, inform recommendations, formulate future-plans, and anticipate and resolve challenges.
  • Champion the best work and create an environment for the best work, both internally and externally, in a way that fosters respect, collaboration, and solutions to drive the best business recommendations and results.
  • Anticipate, prevent, and solve issues.
  • Build and protect scopes and estimates.
  • In partnership with Group Account Director, knowledgeable on all aspects of the business:
    projects, financials, opportunities, planning and owner of medium-term planning, goals, and tactics.

Participant in Inter Agency Team

  • Coordinate efforts of different Client agency partners on brands/campaigns/projects, ensuring all are aligned on strategy, objectives and timelines.

Fitzco leader

  • Manage direct report on projects, career guidance, and provide feedback and coaching aimed at individual growth.
  • Champion Fitzco’s goals/mission and link to Client goals as appropriate
  • Create a culture of empathy and straight talk –with internal partners and clients.

The necessary skills include…

  • 5-7 years of industry experience
  • Driven to create, inspire, and support the best marketing and advertising.
