The Candidate
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing brand management across our different brand lines. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for building and nurturing successful brands.

The Role

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share. You will lead a team of brand managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for building and nurturing successful brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans and marketing strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights.

3. Collaborate with product development teams to innovate and develop new products.

4. Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively.

5. Lead and mentor a team of brand analysts to achieve individual and team goals.

6. Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure effective execution of brand strategies.

7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the brand and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

8. Manage, develop, and implement marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand.

9. Analyze brand performance, competitiveness, and product trends, and develop marketing strategies accordingly.

10. Lead the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identify appropriate sales channels.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
    MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in brand management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing a team and developing talent at least for a year.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
