What You’ll Do

• 
  
• Analyze existing stock levels and lead times and process purchase orders accordingly
  
• Inventory track and restock of goods.
  
• Negotiation of purchase terms and conditions.
  
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
  
• Communicate with vendors on status of lead times and open orders, expedite as required
  
• Vendor registration process
  
• Administrative Support.
  
• Provide customer service in a timely manner via several means which include email, telephone and live chat.
  

What we’re looking for:

• 
  
• Strong communication and analytical skills
  
• Microsoft Excel
  
• Fully bilingual (Spanish – English)
  

Education &
Experience

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
  
• 1+ years of purchasing experience
