Are you a research-driven storyteller with a passion for impacting B2B SaaS businesses? As a Content Marketing Strategist at our agency, you will be a key contributor within a broader cross-functional team, integral to delivering against overall client strategy led by our in-house CMO. This agency specializes in B2B SaaS startups, focusing on building and managing their marketing functions, guiding them through go-to-market strategy, positioning, customer segmentation, and more. You'll drive their content initiatives through meticulous research and data-driven storytelling, aiming to make a tangible impact on B2B SaaS businesses. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of copywriting prowess, a deep understanding of content integration with marketing tactics, and a talent for storytelling that resonates with a professional audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our clients' business goals and marketing objectives.
- Craft compelling and high-quality content across various formats, including blogs, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts, tailored to a B2B SaaS audience.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging narratives that effectively convey complex technical concepts and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content strategy complements and amplifies other marketing efforts, such as SEO, SEM, and inbound marketing.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure content remains relevant, insightful, and ahead of the curve.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine and optimize the content strategy continually.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Provide guidance and feedback to other content creators and contributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in a B2B or SaaS-focused agency or company.
- Proven track record of creating compelling content for various mediums and audiences.
- Strong understanding of content marketing's integration with other digital strategies.
- Ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
- Experience with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated proficiency in business acumen.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven track record in blog writing.
- Expertise in crafting effective ABM (Account-Based Marketing) copy.
- Skilled in lead nurturing strategies
