Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Logistics, International Commerce. Years of experience


7 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems Production scheduling


Skills


Interact with different areas of the business to achieve common goals.


Negotiate with different team members to find solutions suitable for all the involved.


Analyze constraints to develop feasible plans that meet market's requirements.


ERP, SAP, Excel and Microsoft Office


Nice to have :
JDA and Production Planning on SAP


Summary


Responsible for coordinate, execute, and monitor a master production schedule on a weekly and monthly scope. Coordinate the commercial input and operation planning process and lead weekly / monthly assessments discussions with action plan for the different locations.


Responsibilities


1. Coordinate and generate daily / weekly MPS supported by ERP Planning tools to execute and track an accurate Master Production Schedule that manufactures and completes product on time to customer requirements while optimizing lines efficency, run strategy and Inventory levels aligned with a Supply Planning Strategy.


a) CCC (Compañía Cervecera de Coahuila) :
Kegs and cases. b) CCO (Compañía Cervecera de Obregón) :
Cases.


2. Coordinate changes as required by exception report management or other changes driven by operational issues and / or demand fluctuation on a weekly level.


Collaborates with engineering &
product teams for effective ramp-up and launch of NPD's.


3. Monitors plan changes and audits execution while taking proper action to do a recovery plan. Communicate and share carryovers, trade-offs and recuperation plans on a weekly basis.


4. Coordinate ERP system parameters and update as required to lead planning activities, including run strategy calendars.


5. Execute reports and performance metrics to monitor and achieve Operational KPI targets.
