Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Operations Leadership:
Directly lead and oversee the senior sales and operations teams, ensuring synergy and alignment between these crucial functions.
Strategic Management:
Formulate and implement operational strategies, maximizing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Branch Oversight:
Manage two branches and drive their performance to meet company objectives and targets.
Cross-Cultural Engagement:
Leverage bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) and, if possible, Mandarin, to facilitate communication and collaboration with global partners.
Relocation:
Be open to relocating to Monterey, Mexico, where the position is based.
Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with relevant Mexican regulations and requirements, requiring you to be a Mexican citizen.
Qualifications:
Executive Leadership:
At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, including a possible background as a branch president or similar executive positions.
Sales and Operations Expertise:
A strong background in both sales and operations, with a track record of success in optimizing these functions.
Transportation Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the transportation industry, with a preference for experience in asset-based operations, traditional brokerage, or freight forwarding.
Bilingual Proficiency:
A requirement for full proficiency in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
