Design and implement general recruiting strategies to
ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the
best employees.
Implement recruiting strategies to fill positions at al levels
of the organization according to annual program.
Identify the best recruiting sources according to the
vacancy requested.
Develop filter tests for different vacancies.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Ensure that the candidate has the documentation required
for hiring.
Coordinate the induction process with the different topics
that the organization has defined for the 'on boarding' of
new collaborators.
