We are looking for the best talent team to create the first DE-WI of Latam.

Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
Create a community of cryptocurrency and digital economics
Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and crypto influencers
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Hands-on experience with social media management
Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
Set marketing goals and objectives
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
Contribute to the overall growth of the company
Review and manage content marketing and go-to-market strategies
Inspire and become a prime brand ambassador to attract the best talent, injecting a servant-leader attitude toward the team
Work with sales and development and customer success teams
Making decisions based on data analysis
Analyze the company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
Lead the media planning &
execution across our diverse marketing mix including paid search, social, display, audio (podcast, radio), events, direct mail and out of home
