As expert you will bring a deeptechnical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you tolead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned MaintenanceElements ina Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. Youwill manage this through teams consisting ofvarious technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Partner &
    Enable the line leader(s) todeliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost,Delivery, Sustainability &
    Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability;
    Participates inthe DMS-Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
  • Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and processand have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment;
    Owns the PM-Progressivemaintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance KeyPerformance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems;
    ownsthe R&
    M-Repairs &
    Maintenance budget of the line
  • Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systemsand plans and build capability of the teamto execute themselves;
    Build (spends at least50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, sothat they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves;
    be part of the PMPillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them atthe department level
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution ofspecial maintenance tasks;
    be responsible for Change Management on the line/s,localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&
    M cost reduction for theline/s;
    Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional andglobal technology forums
  • Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team;
    Help the line leader ininternal and external benchmarking and reapplication;
    be the subject matter expert on oneof the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant

¿Qué necesitas saber de la posición?:

  • Colaborar y permitir que el área de Utilies cumpla con los objetivos del SQCDSM (Seguridad, Calidad, Costo, Entrega, Sostenibilidad y Moral), con el fin de asegurar la estabilidad del proceso. Participar en las reuniones de DMS (sistemas de gestión diaria).
  • Administrar tecnologías de sistemas de refrigeración HVAC, torres de enfriamiento, chillers de amoniaco y con gas refrigerante, sistemas de bombeo, sistemas de inyección y extracción, deshumificadores (deseable) y sistemas de control de refrigeración, así como el dominio técnico.
  • Administrar los sistemas de mantenimiento PM (mantenimiento progresivo) y los procesos de trabajo y los KPIs del mantenimiento progresivo de las líneas junto con los sistemas de gestión central de tecnología. Administrar el presupuesto de RyM (Reparaciones y Mantenimiento) de la línea.
  • Desarrollar, ejecutar y ser responsable de los sistemas y planes de mantenimiento preventivos/en tiempo de la/s línea/s y capacitar al equipo para ejecutarlos;
    desarrollar (al menos el 50 % del tiempo) las habilidades técnicas y de mantenimiento de los técnicos que trabajan en los turnos para que puedan operar y mantener su equipo por sí mismos;
    ser parte del pilar de PM, ser responsable de todos los sistemas de PM y procesos de trabajo a nivel de línea y dirigir algunos de ellos a nivel de departamento.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de activos y fiabilidad para la mejora del sistema y la ejecución de tareas especiales de mantenimiento;
    ser responsable de la gestión del cambio en la línea o líneas, localización de repuestos, análisis adecuado de averías y reducción de costes de RyM en el área.
  • Ayudar en la VSU de las nuevas iniciativas y capacitar al equipo de VSU;
    ayudar al líder de línea en la evaluación comparativa y reaplicación interna y externa;
    ser el experto en una de las categorías de componentes y formador de temas relacionados con el PM para la planta.
  • Coordinación de servicios con proveedores de mantenimiento y servicio de Operación y Mantenimiento para refrigeración.

Educación / Certificaciones:

  • I ngeniero industrial, mecánico, eléctrico o afín. con dos años de experiencia en sistemas de refrigeración

Requerimientos específicos del puesto:

  • Capacidad de liderar equipos de trabajo, responsable en entrega de resultados, compromiso y calidad en el servicio

  • Full time Lunes a Viernes
