About the role

The Insurance Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the insurance supervisor with the technical, administrative, and commercial processes of the line of business assigned.

This role is also is responsible for supporting the execution of the projects, bring support to other areas, support the insurance companies and other type of providers.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuary or related is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Fluent English Skills (Will be evaluated during interviews).
• Certifications or special training needed :
  Insurance knowledge and certifications useful.
• Total years and type of prior related experience :
  2 years’ experience in insurance (insurance company or broker) or related fields.

Experience placing insurance through third parties (preferred).

• Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
• Data Analysis and constant follow-up skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Ability to multitask.
• Highly responsible and proactive attitude.
• Customer focused approach.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Access database management is a plus).
• Achievement and result focused for self and team.
• Commercial understanding of the business,. business drivers, market forces, etc.

What you will be doing

• Promote the construction and documentation of all processes through BPMS methodology, includes the life cycle of insurance (quotation issue claims- cancelations commissions- manage of earn premiums, and so on).
• Act as a primary point of contact of insurance with internal areas in terms of procedures and operational issues related with insurance.
• Monitoring the SLA and contracts with the different providers and support customer service in order to develop actions to improve the performance of the vendor according with the SLA
• Support definition of Vehicle Insurance, PPI, GAP and Extended Warranty functionality in all available platforms.
• Lead the Insurance products implementations (in UAT pre and post deploy)
• Lead the insurance conciliation process.
• Support the relationship with the providers, doing the follow up of the projects and daily activities require for the business.
• Support the pricing revision, loss analysis and competitiveness (benchmarking) of the different products.
• Lead the tender processes when is required, interacting with all internal areas involved (legal, compliance, sales, finance, operations, etc).
• Collaborate with the F&
  I team in all the training process.
• Support commercial team with specific campaigns to the network.
• Support the planning and implementation of insurance projects (end to end).
