Java – Technical Lead

• Candidate should have related work experience in JAVA/J2EE of more than 8+ years.
• Candidate should have advanced knowledge of Java and all its products, from frameworks to libraries.
• Candidate should have ability to lead a team of junior and middle specialists.
• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
• Candidate should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Candidate should have at least 5+ years’ experience in Databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
• Candidate should support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review.
• Candidate should be able to resolve issues and good debugging capability.
• Should have the capability to manage a team and provide technical support and guidance.
