BACHELOR’S DEGREE:
Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Materials Engineering or Equivalent.


Language:
Fluent Business English only.


5 YEARS EXPERIENCE ON INDUSTRIAL SALES (coating process experience).


VALID USA VISA and Diving License.


We are looking for a skilled problem-solver to join our growing team located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon for a territory that includes Coahuila, Zacatecas, Tamaulipas and Durango. This front-line outsiderole needs an enthusiastic individual who thrives on making an impact and winning market share enthusiasm. The successful candidate must be able to listen critically to customer issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution per each challenge. You will be trained on our customer experience vision, COS Problem Solving techniques and product knowledge that will all be critical in helping you serve as a valuable to resource to our distributor and end user customers.


Experience in managing budgets and forecast analysis. Selling finishing (coat, paint, etc.) equipment experience preferred. Strong and professional technical knowledge.


Main responsibilities:


Developing new business opportunities, reaching customers within the industry segments such as automotives, general industrial, aerospace, etc. and distributors.


Provide Technical Advice.


Respond to distributors, system integrators and end user enquiries regarding product selection and pricing based on coating process experience.


Partner with distributors, system integrators and end users.


Developing and growing long-term relationship with customers.


Act as a liaison between the customer and Internal team members to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization.


Making customer visits frequently.


Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.


Meeting regular sales targets, recording and maintaining client contact data.


Prospecting and seek for opportunities within existing, as well as new customers by using and reporting the daily sales activity.


To develop actions plan within the existing, as well as new Channel Partnes with the purpose to promote Company´s brands within the Mexican Market.


Proactively answer customer calls and respond to customer inquires while documenting all communication into the Company's system.


Expedite orders and resolve inquiries


Strives to meet departmental metrics as outlined by Business Unit Manager.


Maintain a network of appropriate contacts and nurture well-functioning relationships with the various engineering and manufacturing facilities.

Base Salary:


$45,000.00 MXN Month


Annual sales bonus, PTU and Saving Fund, Holiday Bonus 35%, and Pension Plan.
