The Team:

In the 'Business strategy' of Strategic Planning, we aim to develop strategies that will allow the business to maintain focus on priorities while aligning leaders to create synergy and favor interaction. Drive multi-functional integration &
consistency. Lead the strategic planning cycle.

The Opportunity:

Mattel is currently seeking a Manager Strategic Planning-Bussiness Strategthis role will develop the strategies to drive consistency across functions.


What Your Impact Will Be

- Be nimble by continuously challenging our processes to match the evolving business needs, improving productivity, effectiveness, efficiency and results.
- Alignment of senior leaders by influencing timings, processes and deliverables.
- Define/re-define core processes while maintaining company priorities and strategic thinking across the board

- Experience in process mapping, development and evolution. Be able to remove barriers to execution
- Experience aligning leaders and senior leaders. Being able to influence 360°.
