Job Description:

As a North America Financial Analyst, you'll make your mark:

• Month end close activities:
  
  • BOE reporting
  • PBI refreshes and Power automate development and updates.
  • Support users on manual adjustments and order adjustments follow up on issues.
  • Creation of BMTs and follow up with IT.
  • Monitoring of transactions and Revenue results.

• Support of Sales &
  RBU financialanalysts:
  
  • Questions about PBI refreshes and BMT issues.
  • Adjustment &
    JV impact
  • MECissues investigation

• Automation/ Improvement on the monthly/weekly manual activities
• Other process improvements

About you:

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics.
• Knowledge in PBI, BOE, Power automates.
• Typically, 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst desirable.
• Typically experienced in more than one finance function desirable.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent business application skills (e.G., Microsoft Excel).
• Knowledge on BOE &
  S4 systems.
• Superior teamwork skills.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Desirable experience on GL reconciliation

• Ability to interact and influence multiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting with managers, directors.
