We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Liaison Coordinator (OLC) to join our Mexico City team. This role is pivotal in coordinating and enhancing our security operations, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency within our projects.

Key responsibilities

• 
  
• Coordinate security operations, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and internal departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance security measures and risk management practices.
  
• Conduct detailed analyses of security risks and vulnerabilities, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional security developments, ensuring timely and relevant operational adjustments.
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Minimum 5 years as head of personal protection services, security chief, or security director.
  
• Military or police experience will be valued.
  
• Applications through SAPROMIL platform of Spanish MINISDEF or professionals affiliated with ACK3 NEXO military transition project are particularly encouraged.
  
• Director of Security or similar, Executive Protection or Bodyguard, Security Chief, Intelligence Analyst qualifications valued.
  
• Extensive experience in security operations.
  
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish. English proficiency level B2 or higher appreciated.
  
• Relevant professional certifications and first aid qualifications are highly regarded.
  
• Professional certifications:
  CPP certifications from ASIS International or similar valued.
  
• First aid certification:
  FPOS and/or TCCC certifications valued.
  
• Driving license:
  Minimum class B.
