The role will be vital in enhancing the Asset Templates and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities. The role will require a deep understanding of FMEA, RCA and other Reliability principles.

This business unit focuses on developing solutions that help leading industrial companies identify potential equipment failures well in advance, reduce downtime and increase safety. Our customers use our technology to solve the dual challenge of increasing profitability while positively impacting global sustainability. To do this, we leverage various cutting-edge technologies, such as machine learning and industrial AI.
We are looking to hire a talented APM Product Management SME - Reliability to join our APM Business Unit. The position requires close interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales personnel, Professional Services personnel, Solution Consultants, and Project Managers/Administrators. Your Impact

  • Become an expert in providing the following content in the product for various industrial asset classes:
    Physics Based 1st principle Models, Asset Templates, RCA, FMEA, etc.
  • Deeply understand current customers and the challenges they solve using the APM software. Understand the current technology and the product capability, its advantages and limitations relative to the competition and customer needs. Communicate a viable, focused, transparent product roadmap with buy in from key Business Unit and Company leadership.
  • Make an impact on the performance and evolution of the APM product suite. Is trusted to make these decisions because you have a track record of making trade-offs and clearly communicating their reasoning (with supporting data) to key stakeholders.
  • Provide insights, drive solution readiness and support what is needed to execute on strategies from an operations/process perspective
  • Collaboratively work with Engineering, Professional Services, Sales and Product Management groups on the definition, development and delivery of the content

What You'll Need

  • Education:
    B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial or Reliability Engineering
  • Industrial Equipment knowledge in Oil &
    Gas/Chemicals or similar process industry verticals.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of equipment maintenance, reliability and operational practices and needs relative to APM.
  • Prior experience in using or delivering Industrial Software is desirable
  • Familiarity with EAM/CMMS systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance, IBM Maximo, Hexagon Infor a big plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills
  • English fluency (written and verbal) required
