As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale programs with multi-functional & global core teams.  This will include the planning of all project activities, synchronization of Core Team efforts and management of the overall project schedule, resource requirements, and project budget. The Program Manager is responsible for driving program execution while ensuring that the program activities meet internal and external customer requirements and follow  Project Management Office (PMO) processes, including progress reporting and reviews by senior leadership.
A Day in the Life:

  • Responsible for day to day project planning and execution to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Interfaces with all functional areas affected by the project including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and end users, distributors, and suppliers
  • Monitors the effectiveness and performance of the project and project team and facilitates the development of contingency plans and propose corrective actions as required
  • Applies and demonstrates management and organizational skills that results in a collaborative culture using clear, credible, objective and proactive communications and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrates project command and people leadership skills
  • Involved in the development and management of policies and procedures that affect program management
  • All activities must be performed in compliance with the Quality System  
  • Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations
  • Travel requirement: 20-30%


Must Have: Minimum Requirements  • Bachelors in Engineering or similar related field • 5+ years of relevant experience with Bachelors  • 3+ years of relevant experience with Masters 
Specialized Knowledge Required  • Complete understanding and application or Project Management principles, concepts, practices and standards • Verbal and written presentation and communication skills • Expert knowledge of MS Project and MS Office • Full knowledge of industry standards:  ISO13485, EN14971, EN62304, EN60601 • Ability to operate and be effective in a matrix structure • Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities 
Nice to Have  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or similar related field • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • Resource Management tool PDWARE • Experience in development and sustaining of medical devices/capital equipment • Demonstrated competencies and ability to apply independently:  Self-Management, Goal Achievement, Personal Accountability, Planning & Organizing, Resiliency, Flexibility, Teamwork, Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Diplomacy & Tact, Customer Focus, Problem Solving Ability, Verbal and written communication • Quality System experience in a regulated industry (medical devices and pharmaceuticals)
