Summary:

Manage strategic accounts, trigger acquisition and export strategies aligned to our Long-Range Plan.

  • Achieve Annual Operating KPI:
    revenue, profitability and portfolio transformation.
  • Deal with complex RFP and price negotiations
  • Being a facilitator and key player and contact with Supply chain to allow operate effectively and cope with Service levels and high operational standards.
  • Maintaining top level relationships with existing customers and new customer and elevate the relationship from regular supplier to a strategic partner.
  • Implement Account Plans for Key customers. Deploy the long-range plans strategy and key initiatives to set the route to build future success
  • Account plan management by intentional use of BI tools
  • Deploy a yearly Margin Recovery Plan aimed to improve profitability within the segment:
    price increase, GCI, implement forex immunity plans.
  • Retention:
    Trigger Portfolio transformation aligned to the LRP and segment strategic posture.
  • Acquisition:
    Develop new potential customer that fit with the overall Company Strategy
  • Penetration and Innovation:
    Lead and intentionally use of core and new capabilities to deliver innovation, transform portfolio and improve profitability.
  • Lead and drive export opportunities throughout NA.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to gather market intelligence and identify potential business leads.

Knowledge &
Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree on Business, MKT, Food Engineer.
  • 5+ years’ experience on the food industry
  • Fully bilingual (English 100%)
