What you'll do
- Develop important components that makeup CSG's main product using React, Typescript, Node js, Redux, and Javascript technologies.
- You will provide support to customers - resolving technical issues/error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment
- Support and handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer
- You will perform your significant assignments
- Ensure compliance with Service level agreements and OLAs
You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, technically related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development and software support/maintenance
- 5+ React, Typescript, Node js, Redux and Javascript
- Develop algorithms, write code, unit test, debug code, and document
- Experience working with version control using Git
- Work well within a team environment and Agile methods
