MISSION

To develop outstanding customer satisfaction and exceed target sales volume for our electronics dispensing products for a defined customer base and zone in the north of Mexico, with residence in Chihuahua ideally. As a member of our sales team you will play a critical part in shaping the future and the growth of our ELD (electronics dispensing) product portfolio in Mexico. Use your expertise to grow market share across products, drive brand awareness, and increase profitability within your territory.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Develop the market potential for our electronics dispensing products within all assigned segments in your assigned zone
  • Work with the local and divisional teams to align global strategies for global customers
  • Identify the ideal electronics dispensing solution for each customer to gain market share and achieve increased profitability
  • Become an ELD expert in the process and gain complete product competence
  • Reponsible for segment strategy and segment health
  • Regular plant visits with customers to develop customer relations
  • Keep the forecast and leads up to date at all times and documented in the C4C system
  • Coordinate with internal departments all actions needed for customers and their projects
  • Responsible for accurate monthly segment and customer reporting to the Business Line Manager IAS
  • Identify shortcomings that affect the sales process along with your improvement recommendations
  • Keep your C4C database updated and elaborate client maps in your zone
  • Meet or exceed targets defined by the Busines Line Manager IAS
  • Frequent domestic travel along with limited international travel

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Manufacturing process knowledge, preferrably in the automotive or electronics industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling technical automated solutions
  • Strategic development and sales planning
  • Extensive background in Microsoft Office applications
  • Communication, presentation background
  • Professional English working proficiency
