What you'll be doing

Own work you're doing to help reduce risk and facilitate compliance with the Baxter Digital Security Control Framework (DSCF). In addition to experience with hands-on information security risk management and compliance activities, the candidate duties will include:

• Proactively monitoring industry leading cybersecurity control frameworks (e.G. NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HITRUST, etc.)
• Providing recommendations on control language based upon evolving cyber requirements
• Engaging in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) discussions and working sessions to document changes to the control framework and assessment methodologies
• Understanding and familiarity with GRC tools such as Archer, OneTrust, ServiceNow, etc.
• Participating in IT and business collaborator calls to guide end users through the control requirements documented in our framework and the assessment process
• Identifying responses and appropriate feedback for auditors in the event of cybersecurity control assessments and enterprise level assessments performed on the organization
• Developing a deep understanding of internal controls and assessment procedures, along with attention to detail and documentation

What you'll bring

• Ability to work effectively in team setting
• Ability to work independently and apply good problem-solving techniques to complete assessments independently
• Strong knowledge of industry leading control frameworks and audit practices
• Excellent judgment and customer management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 5+ years in a compliance role. Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or similar preferred.
