• Bachelor’s Degreerequired(Law Degree a plus).
  
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience handling energy related transactionalmatters.
  
• Provide specialist support and advise on complex negotiations relatedtothepurchase, sale and transportation of crude oil,productsand natural gas, including gas gathering, processing,transportationand storage facilitiesnegotiations.
  
• Preparation, drafting and critical review of commercial agreements in collaboration with commercialteam.
  
• Coordinate efforts with internal stakeholderregardingcorporate and project requirements to ensure maximum value and appropriateriskmanagementliaise on contractual matters with multiple internal/externalstakeholders.
  
• Ensureallcontractactivities are completedin accordancewithEquinor'sBusiness Processes, legal and tax requirements and adhere to Equinor’s corporate requirements and externalauthorities.
  
• Excellent contract negotiation and draftingskills.
  
• Can balance a wide and varied workload, prioritize with materiality focus, and adapt to changing businesspriorities.
  
• Oil and gas regulatory affairs experience, including ANP regulations isdesirable.
  
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
