Responsibilities:
- Independently analyze financial statements, providing key risk insights to determine credit limit recommendations
- Manage high-value, high-risk customer accounts, showcasing your independent judgment and strategic decision-making
- Interact with top-tier customers, building strong relationships with senior executives
- Resolve highly complex issues independently, acting as a valuable escalation point for junior team members
- Present credit recommendations to high-level management and actively participate in cross-functional meetings
- Negotiate down payments, facilitating customers to make purchases beyond their credit limit
- Negotiate security/collateral agreements to minimize credit risk to HP
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations for significant strategic deals
- Serve as the company's ambassador at a country or regional level
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating directly with executive-level management
- Demonstrate a high level of exposure to various organizational levels, showcasing your ability to solve problems and drive improvements
Education and Experience Required:
- Hold a first-level university degree with a focus on business or economics;
advanced degree in business is preferred - 6-10 years of recommended experience in a credit function (corporate preferred and/or banking)
- Advanced proficiency in English
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Showcase excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of accounting principles and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Evidence effective prioritization in a dynamic environment
- Possess an excellent understanding of risk mitigation tools
- Highlight exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and project management skills
- Show strong leadership skills, providing guidance and mentorship
