• Enhancing transportation freight brokerage in North America;

• Launching new product lines and expanding manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities

This diversification strategy is expected to support revenue growth, and profitability in the medium term, with growth activities expected to overtake DVD revenue in the medium term.

The business provides DVD, Blu-ray and CD replication services to Hollywood studios, independent rights holders, software developers and game publishers:
Optical Media Manufacturing Services, Custom Packaging, Procurement and dry goods management, Distribution and Fulfillment, Returns Processing, Inventory Control and Management and Freight management services.

The ServiceNow Senior Developer is a technical resource that possesses administration capability and the ability to design, build, and customize ServiceNow platform applications and services. The developer works across applications, delivers new functionality and innovative solutions, and supports the entire development lifecycle. The Application developer has an extensive software development background that will be enhanced by ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application creation in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities &
Duties:

• Design and implement new ServiceNow platform applications and services
• Reviewing request for development and determining the technical design
• Developing scripts / code to meet business requirements of the request
• Performing the initial testing and releasing code for UAT
• Provide maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience of 6+ years in ServiceNow development
• Configure and improve core and custom applications
• Configuration of ServiceNow platform, including the creation of workflows, UI design, ACL and business rules -Required
• Configure and maintain Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Formatters, Client side and Service side Scripting -Required
• Experience creating customer facing portals (Good hands-on Experience, Developing Service portals) -Required
• Develop ServiceNow reports and dashboards (PA)
• Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems
• RESTful API Integrations -Required
• Hands-on on Now mobile applications or any new modules to Service Now is a plus (not required)
• Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification -Required
• Certified Implementation Specialist Certification -Recommended
• ServiceNow Application developer certification -Recommended
• Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances into production.
