We are looking for a SR OPERATION SUPERVISOR talent, to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our CUMMINS EMISSION SOLUTIONS department for CD. JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO.

In this position you will have an impact by:

-Managing, developing, and leading the daily activities of multiple production teams.

-To be responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.

-Working cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

-Providing guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals;
sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.

-Coaching and mentoring team members.

-Identifying training needs;
developing and implementing training plans.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

-Intermediate experience in OEE.

-Intermediate experience in IATF TS/16949 and/or ISO.

-Good knowledge and experience in NPI.

-5 years of experience in same position.

-Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.

-Ability to visit U.S. (desirable)
