Team:
Reports to TAA Head and is responsible for advising and executing sourcing strategies in the region to bring in the right talent for the business
What you can expect:
- Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilization of sourcing strategies
- Building trusted partnerships with Business and HR stakeholders;
understand and cater tothe hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements &
gaps. - Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organization;
effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations - Develop and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
- Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments
- Advocate and champion diversity and university hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition
- Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
Key interdependencies:
- Internal stakeholders :
Extended TAA team, HRBPs, People partners, People advisors, CEN TAA team, Employees and Managers - External stakeholders :
Vendors, IBM, Potential candidates, recruitment community forums, universities/ campus
Critical competencies:
- 10-15+ years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns
- Thought partnership, detail &
result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills
