Arrow is looking for a passionate and hardworking self-starter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. Our in-house team of recruiters specialize in finding top talent in a wide array of skills and expertise including technology and engineering, sales, corporate, supply chain any many more! The Recruitment Sourcing Associate will look to source, qualify, and maintain talent pipelines in coordination with Arrow’s talent needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Researching and sourcing resumes from varied sources to create talent pipelines

Establish and fine tune the sourcing strategy while consistently delivering results through identification of top talent

Capture and analyze the results of sourcing strategy and implement improvements

Formalize pipeline strategies and assist in training and onboarding team members to your methodologies

Work closely with the recruiting team to understand the requirements for the roles and build candidate prospect lists

Strategize different ways of reaching out to external talent, always providing an engaging and exciting first-touch experience for candidates

Maintain meticulous records of candidate outreach and track various sourcing metrics

Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1-2 years of experience;
or high school graduatewith equivalent work-related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication;
must be fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels in the organization.

High level attention to detail in interactions with candidates

Desire to grow into a Recruiter or other HR related role

Personable and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances

Takes a creative approach to problem solving

Enjoys learning how success metrics for candidates are measured in a large, global organization

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate :

$21,191.67 - $27,500.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level.

The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
