IT Recruiter Executive
Job Description:
At Advent Infotech we are looking for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates to fill positions, such as jobs in Information Technology and Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruiting process from candidate identification to final selection.
- Post job advertisements in different social media platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct Technical interviews to determine candidate skills and qualifications.
Skills:
- 2 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment Area
- Very good communication skills and fluent English
- IT and social media skills
- Critical thinking
- Organized Person
- Attention to details
