Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales / Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Respetar y adherirse a la misión y comportamientos fundamentales de Greatbatch.
2. Adherirse a todos los requerimientos de seguridad industrial y calidad.
3. Coordinar y realizar mantenimientos preventivos según los procedimientos y fechas estipulados en MC a equipos de producción.
4. Coordinar la realización de análisis de fallas y reparaciones para evitar que vuelvan a suscitar.
5. Coordinar, analizar y mantener el “stock” de refacciones para los equipos de su área asignada.
6. Mantenimiento preventivo o correctivo en la cual se asegura que el producto que sale de ese equipo cumple con las especificaciones de calidad.
7. Administrar junto con los supervisores de producción, todas las actividades relacionadas con la maquinaria y equipos de su área asignada.
8. Ejecutar y verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de calidad del departamento de mantenimiento
9. Coordinar proyectos de mejora continua del departamento de mantenimiento.
10. Realizar otras funciones según se requiera.

Requerimiento del Puesto / Job Requirements
Educación Mínima / Minimum Education:

Carrera Técnica Terminada (deseable:
Mecánico, Eléctrico o Electromecánico)
Experiencia Mínima / Minimum Experience:

Mínimo 1 año de antigüedad en puesto de Técnico de Mantenimiento (si aplica)
Más de 2 años de experiencia dentro del campo técnico o equivalente en experiencia.
Conocimiento Especializado / Specialized Knowledge:

Al menos una certificación en procesos especializados (deseable).
Inglés nivel básico
Habilidades Especiales / Special Skills:

Trabajar bajo presión.
Actitud positiva hacia el trabajo
