ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
- Conducts needs assessments to determine training requirements.
- Organizes and coordinates training with internal and external instructors.
- Designs and develops in-house training curriculum and resources.
- Teaches various training programs.
- Facilitates training of new employees through new-hire orientation, job specific technical training and on-the-job training.
- Monitors effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintains training records in accordance with National and International regulations (FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.)
- Monitors and tracks employee progress of required training curriculum.
- Develops and maintains training resource library.
- Develops and maintains yearly training budget.
- Works with various state and local resources to facilitate funding for training programs.
- Performs a variety of other related accounting tasks, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in a human resource related area and three years of related experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, and the ability to work under strict time constraints.
- Knowledge of and ability to use HRIS systems and other various computer software packages.
